Tanya Lutyens
Tanya Lutyens is a founding partner of Lutyens Advisory. Previously she co-founded and ran Lutyens da Cunha. She has over 20 years of experience working with global family offices and asset managers advising them on human capital placing key non executives and executives into roles across all functions.
She also advises on succession planning, retention, compensation, team lift-outs and acquisitions. She was previously the Co-Founder of Lutyens da Cunha, an asset management and family office focused executive search boutique servicing clients globally across board and executive functions and asset classes.
She started her search career at Armstrong International where she covered asset management. She began her career at Mercury Asset Management (now BlackRock) where she joined on the graduate training scheme and worked in both investment and distribution roles. Tanya holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from Edinburgh University. IMC.

Anna Rolt
Anna Rolt is a founding partner of Lutyens Advisory. Previously she worked with Tanya at Lutyens da Cunha. She has spent over 15 years in search working with institutional asset managers, asset owners, investment boutiques and family offices across all asset classes and functions.
She has advised clients on compensation, team lift-outs, competitor analysis and detailed market intelligence. She joined Lutyens da Cunha in 2006 where she consulted traditional and alternative clients, family offices and asset allocators on senior leadership, investment and distribution appointments and team build-outs.
She began her career in 2002, producing and directing documentaries. Anna holds a BA (Hons) in English from Bristol University.

Oliver Stanley
Oliver Stanley was appointed Chairman of Lutyens Advisory in 2017. He brings to the firm over 25 years of experience within search during which time he has led and advised on some of the most high profile board and executive searches within the family office, wealth management and asset owner community. Previously he worked with the team at Lutyens da Cunha.
Oliver is renowned for his unique relationship-driven, long-term client and candidate focused approach to search. He is a champion of diversity and works with Lutyens Advisory to maintain and build upon their partnership-oriented and consultative style, developing the advisory projects that complement their traditional search mandates. Oliver previously founded and ran Oliver Stanley Partners, a firm focused on the family office, endowment and wealth management arena.
Prior to that he was one of the founding partners of the specialist financial services executive search firm Armstrong International. He started his career in finance at Merrill Lynch. Previously he served in the Coldstream Guards.

Daisy Willmott
Daisy is a consultant and generalist researcher. She joined Lutyens Advisory in 2024. Before this, she spent 13 years working at Longwater Partners working with public and privately owned investment managers (including investment trusts) across portfolio management, investment research, business development, operations and Executive Committee appointments. Prior to joining Longwater, she spent a year as a consultant at Anson McCade. Daisy holds a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol.

Charlie Harris
Charlie is a consultant and generalist researcher. He joined Lutyens Advisory in 2022. Since joining LA, he has worked on searches across the asset management, wealth management and family office space. Charlie holds a BA in English from Durham University.

Georgia Henderson
Georgia is a generalist researcher. She joined Lutyens Advisory in 2023. Since joining LA, she has worked on searches across the asset management, wealth management and family office space. Georgia holds a BA in Anthropology with proficiency in Entrepreneurship and MSc in International Business from the University of Exeter.
